What a day!!! The
weather was beautiful, the picnic was great, and all those Goldens...
What a sight to see. Thank you to everyone who help make this
event such a huge success. We had over 100 people in attendance and
probably that many dogs. The tennis ball drop was something to
see. We sold 1335 balls and little "Hailey" Bowers picked
the winner. It was ball number 834. Holding that ticket was Dick
Griffin. Thanks to Hailey's pick, Dick took home $3337.50 from the
raffle, and we raise $3337.50 for our rescues. Thank you to everyone who
came out for the event and a special thanks to everyone who sold raffle
tickets and to those who bought tickets. We can't wait to do this
one again!
